Edible flowers gaining attention

Ready to get snacking in the garden? Edible flowers are quickly gaining more attention in the culinary world, but also for home gardeners. Not only because they are pretty on the plate, but also because they add unusual flavours and pack a ton of healthy vitamins, including vitamins A and C, riboflavin and niacin, and minerals such as calcium, phosphorous, iron and potassium.
